One of the pathways we are considering involves developing an Agentic Framework, where a team of AI-powered Data Analyst Agents collaborates to analyse, model, and interpret merchant data. These agents operate like human analysts, communicating with each other to refine insights through internal “discussions” and simulate possible outcomes—such as assessing the impact of promotional strategies or pricing adjustments.
Of course, AI isn’t perfect—sometimes it generates what we call “hallucinations,” which are errors or inaccuracies. That’s why we’re developing a Structured Output module, which ensures strict data validation. By anchoring outputs in verified, merchant-specific data, we aim to minimise errors and deliver reliable, actionable insights. Although this initiative is still in its experimental phase, it holds promise in giving merchants the confidence that the AI’s recommendations are grounded in solid evidence, further complementing their decision-making processes.
